haiya!! had course seminar,which called Service Booster Workshop..
nk keje punye pasal,hav to attend.. its a long course...9am -5pm...
lucky its one day course..held at nyp..so huge,dat i almost lost..but found my way..
at first sight..so slipy,bored n tired..as no one to cheer me up..
had no frenz..no tyme to make fren...cuz i was late..haha!! very bad!
but afta lunch break..finally,got new frenz.. den got abit of energy..
overall,e trainee taught me to be more confident!! olwayz think "POSITIVE"kay..
quite interesting course.. n got a cert of retail end of e lesson..YEAH!!
